UK Founder Lab provides consultancy services to assist entrepreneurs with their UK Innovator Founder Visa applications. Our services include but are not limited to: business idea development, market research, business plan writing, financial modelling, prototype development, pitch deck creation, and interview preparation.

• No Guarantee of Visa Approval: While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests with the endorsing body and UK Visas and Immigration.

4. Consultation Bookings

Consultation bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule consultations with reasonable notice.

As a client, you agree to:

• Make payments according to agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created during our engagement, including business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and prototypes, become your property upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use anonymised case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your business ideas, personal information, or application details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teng Consultancy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of our services or any decisions made based on our consultancy.

9. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about our services. Our commitment to continued support if you are not endorsed on the first attempt is subject to the terms agreed in your service contract.
